Everyone was very nice and courteous. Dr. Yu was amazingly thorough and made sure I was comfortable in my contacts before leaving. She also assured me, if I had and questions or concerns about them to call and I would get in for another appt. Top notch staff!!

Jessica, Dr. Yu, and Robin were excellent with each area they represented. My exam was very easy to understand as was parliamentary testing. When picking out frames, Robin was very patient, with a smile, as I tried on many! I believe she was as tickled as I was on the final decision!!! Thanks Bixby Eye Center!!!

First visit. Staff and Dr were great. Optician Robin was super helpful buying new glasses and sun glasses. She fixed up my old beat up frames without my asking. Results were amazing.

Dr Jensen is so kind and patient. There is no rushing through the exam like so many other eye doctors I’ve been to. The staff where you pick out your glasses are so fun!

My first time at Bixby but I've been wearing glasses for about 65 years (yes, im old!). The adjustment to new prescriptions is usually very difficult and can take days or weeks. Robin told me not to wear them until the next morning because the brain kinda of resets overnight. I did just that and by 1:00 p.m. I was used to them!!!! I'm very impressed with Bixby Eye Center!!

I’ve been a patient here for a few years now. The few minor mistakes I’ve experienced were quickly fixed and compensated in some way. The front desk staff are quick and the doctor is thorough, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. I never leave with unanswered questions. My absolute favorite part of the appointment is meeting with Don and Robin to find the perfect pair of spectacles to fit my vibe and face. They make traveling the distance 150% worth it. I know I’m in good hands here and highly recommend giving them a shot! (:

the entire staff were very professional and very courteous they explained what tests were being done and at the end explained the options for next steps.

I have had many experiences at different places over many years, so I can confidentially say the staff have class and are extremely warm and welcoming and make you feel at home and comfortable through out the entire appointment ! From the eye exam to the helpful staff ready to help you find frames that are comfortable and fit your style. They made the experience enjoyable which is a new experience to me!

Amazing team! My whole family saw Dr. Jensen. He was very through but as efficient. The wait was very short and the 4 visits so far have been the best in town. The front office staff always had a smile on and are quick to help customers. Each eyeglass staff member was amazing. If I wasn’t a nurse, I would apply here in a heartbeat! They have a wide range of glasses, sunglasses, and blue light glasses for every budget. I have gone through a lot of glasses, eye centers, and eye doctors but this will be the forever home now.

I've been a patient at the Bixby Eye Center for several years and have never had anything short of an excellent experience!! My optometrist, Dr. Kern, has always been super professional, refreshingly laid-back, and clear-cut on the details for every exam I've ever been to. And whenever I pick up lenses or shop for new frames, all the staff have been absolutely wonderful. The overall atmosphere at the BEC is so casual and friendly that I'd never dream of going anywhere else. Special shout-out to Robin and Don for being my go-tos whenever I visit!! And thank you to everyone at the BEC for making each one of my visits downright enjoyable. I'd highly recommend this place and great group of people to anyone looking for a new eye care center!!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom, who has been a Bixby patient for 45 years (she didn't need any corrective vision until she was 45 years old). Mom's glasses broke last week just before I was in town for a visit. We went to BEC to see if anything could be done to fix them. Robin (aka, Rockin' Robin) took such good care of Mom! The temple-to-frame hinge was not repairable, but Robin had an impressive boneyard of frames and parts and simply did not quit until she was able to successfully attach Mom's lenses to a very nice/new frame... for no charge. Robin was as excited as Mom was to have a great solution. Mom also enjoyed sharing stories with Dr Bixby's daughter Jenna. All in all, a fantastic experience. Kudos to BEC for being such a customer focussed team!

Bixby is the best eye doctor experience I've ever had. I saw Dr. Jensen he knew his stuff. Very understanding as well. Tons of care given. After the exam I saw Don. He has a great personality and is great at helping find the right pair of glasses. He made me smile and feel good. I need more people like Don in my life. While I was picking out the glasses even a receptionist came over to help and tell me I looked good in the glasses I picked out. She even gave her positive input on the glasses and was helpful. I sadly did not get her name but thank you to her too. I brought my boyfriend with and Don with no charge fixed, and cleaned both our glasses. Highly recommend this place. You will not regret going here. Will return for me and my boyfriend. Update: My glasses ended up getting a bit bent. I came back in and Jenna fixed up and cleaned not just bent glasses but checked my other pair as well. No charge. Once again I had a great Experience at Bixby and the other customers there seemed pleased too. Call out to the front desk workers for being super friendly as well. Glasses feel like they are new again.

Dr. Yu and Dr. Jensen puts you at ease while looking ever so closely into your world of seeing. Rockin' Robin is the main event of your annual eye appointment. 👁 Robin will help you pick out THE perfect pair of frames eliminating all levels of frustration as she interjects humor and delight into your new eye diagnosis: gotta wear glasses all day now. Before you know it you will be leaving the Bixby Eye Center with a pep in your step and a new outlook on life as you begin to count the days until you return to pick up your new glasses to begin seeing in a whole new way! Bixby Team...I can't wait to "see" you all again!

I thought Disney was supposed to be the happiest place on earth - but, I must say, the employees here all seem to really like their jobs- I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door as a new patient. The eye exams were all very thorough and they seemed to truly care and made sure I understood everything. Dr Yu was patient, personable and thorough, Dawn is full of knowledge and easy to talk to. Then, there is the super amazing Don, and his sidekick, Rockin' Robin! Don was so great in helping me pick out frames - when I asked for an opinion he gave it to me honestly, and that is what I want when I am picking out frames. Robin was there to share her opinion also. They work great together, have a great time, and truly know what they are doing. The frame picking out experience was a great one. I have found my new eye clinic!!

I just had an appointment today. I ended up coming an hour early 😀 The girls at the counter were so welcoming! After filling out the usual paperwork, I went to go pick out my eyewear. Lo & behold , I was met w/ the most genuine, professional man named Don Stahl. He was so conscientious about getting the exact right glasses, in a price range I could afford. He & the staff were all gracious enough to help me pick out my frames and made sure I had everything I needed on my lenses that I needed & wanted. Above all, the whole staff , & Dr Jensen we’re just great team that put their patients needs above & beyond measure. They all were just wonderful & made me feel like I had made a group of new friends! Can’t wait to go back , not only for my new glasses, but to see my “ new” friends. Very highly recommend this for anyone needing eye care ! 👓🕶😃

Amazing staff!

Staff was exceptionally friendly! Throughout the whole process I never felt like they had forgot about me or that they were trying to persuade me. I would recommend “rockin” Robin while picking frames out! She was honest and kind. The staff had broke down finances for me so it was easy to understand. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a optometrist!

Dr.'s are great there and will listen to what you have going on with your eyes. Staff is great to work with on scheduling. Robin was great to work with when getting my glasses fixed, and she was awesome on letting me know what was covered by insurance. Robin is the best to work with. Tony...
