I want to Highly THANK Dr. Rebekah Yu, OD. On 2/26/24 & 5/13/24. Her eye exams were irrefutably perfect. The results forwarded to the Veterans Administration, FORCED the U.S. Navy to admit IN WRITING that my cataracts were caused by radiation at my age of 21. I receive zero disability. That is OK. The result is that it opens the door to other radiation related problems. I told Dr. Yu, at that time, she was highly competent, professional and should put a high value on her abilities and other items. Bixby staff is also great. Accolades should be given when deserved. Got me in right away and worked with my insurance. I’ve looked at bigger selections of frames, but not any that had a better selection.

My first visit was fantastic! I had to change optometrist office due to change in my insurance preferred provider. At first, I was very disappointed to leave my eye doctor whom I had for years, but soon realized Bixby Eye Center is fabulous! Huge shout-out to Dr. Yu and “Rockin’ Robin along with the rest of the team I came in contact with during my appointment.

Everyone at the Bixby Eye Center is the best - from receptionists, technicians, doctors, and the frames specialists. Sometimes I just want to go in and visit because everyone is so nice! Don has helped me on many occasions either adjust my glasses, find the sickest pair of sunglasses last year and choose my new glasses for this year. Even if I lived further away, I would make the commute to Bixby because the service is worth it!

Very friendly staff. They obviously enjoy working together as it's a light hearted atmosphere while still getting the job done. I felt like I was a priority in that my appointment time was met, the various steps had a good flow and I was the focus of each person I dealt with. Very refreshing and glad I chose them from the list of my insurance covered providers.

Good customer service.

All of the staff are great. I was very impressed that they took the time to find out that my eye insurance & my medical insurance could not be used for the same day, saving me money. I always wondered why i had to pay so much at my last provider.

They provide a very thorough exam and take their time answering questions.

Amazing amazing service and unbelievable pricing for quality lenses and coatings— worked with Rockin’ Robin who really made it so easy for me to ask questions and actually understand what is available for me and my needs. Turn around time for new lenses on my older frames is about 2 weeks less than other quotes! Can’t wait to see em soon. Thanks so much Bixby Crew! I went in with swollen eye lid thinking it was a bug bite. Front desk gal was so friendly and next gal was so professional. Dr Jensen said it was allergy and explained how to take care of.

Top notch service from all staff - from reception to billing to optometry, especially Don Stahl. They genuinely want you to be happy with your eye care and eye ware. I haven’t had ophthalmology services at Bixby, but they readily worked with my prescription from Illinois Eye Center. I didn’t like my first pair and they are helping me get a new frame, no fuss involved. This is customer service, customer care and customer concern at its best

The staff knows what kind of frames work best for me and I always get compliments on them. When I come in, they clean and tighten all my glasses. Dr. Jensen is my doctor and he’s very knowledgeable

Everyone was very nice and courteous. Dr. Yu was amazingly thorough and made sure I was comfortable in my contacts before leaving. She also assured me, if I had and questions or concerns about them to call and I would get in for another appt. Top notch staff!!

Jessica, Dr. Yu, and Robin were excellent with each area they represented. My exam was very easy to understand as was parliamentary testing. When picking out frames, Robin was very patient, with a smile, as I tried on many! I believe she was as tickled as I was on the final decision!!! Thanks Bixby Eye Center!!!

First visit. Staff and Dr were great. Optician Robin was super helpful buying new glasses and sun glasses. She fixed up my old beat up frames without my asking. Results were amazing.

Dr Jensen is so kind and patient. There is no rushing through the exam like so many other eye doctors I’ve been to. The staff where you pick out your glasses are so fun!

My first time at Bixby but I've been wearing glasses for about 65 years (yes, im old!). The adjustment to new prescriptions is usually very difficult and can take days or weeks. Robin told me not to wear them until the next morning because the brain kinda of resets overnight. I did just that and by 1:00 p.m. I was used to them!!!! I'm very impressed with Bixby Eye Center!!

I drive 2 1/2 hours round trip to come to Bixby. I will not go anywhere else. Excellent in every aspect! I highly recommend them.

I’ve been a patient here for a few years now. The few minor mistakes I’ve experienced were quickly fixed and compensated in some way. The front desk staff are quick and the doctor is thorough, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. I never leave with unanswered questions. My absolute favorite part of the appointment is meeting with Don and Robin to find the perfect pair of spectacles to fit my vibe and face. They make traveling the distance 150% worth it. I know I’m in good hands here and highly recommend giving them a shot! (:

the entire staff were very professional and very courteous they explained what tests were being done and at the end explained the options for next steps.
