Addi joined The Bixby Eye Center team in 2023, bringing a rich blend of healthcare experience and a creative background in music education. Born and raised in Normal, IL, she launched her professional career in healthcare after moving to the Peoria area. She later spent several years as a music teacher before returning to healthcare, where she discovered a true passion for creating supportive, seamless experiences for both patients and staff.

As Operations Manager, Addi keeps the practice running smoothly—supporting the team, refining systems, and ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and genuinely cared for. She especially loves helping her staff shine and fostering a positive, team-focused environment.

Addi lives in Farmington, IL, with her husband, Nick, and their two boys, Charlie and Liam. Outside of work, she enjoys making music with her husband, crafting, going to concerts, and spending time with friends. She’s also known around the office for her upbeat personality and her collection of fun, funky earrings.
