A GREAT experience at Bixby Eye Center. With the closing of my previous eye care center, I had the opportunity reboot. The staff from top to bottom is simply AMAZING at Bixby. They took great care to understand where I was in my eye care journey and where I wanted to go. I feel great about my decision selecting Bixby and would recommend them, give them a shot.

From the moment I walked into Bixpy Eye Center, I was greeted with exceptional kindness and warmth. The customer service was truly outstanding – every staff member was friendly, respectful, helpful, caring, and made me feel incredibly welcome. I felt genuinely listened to and properly taken care of throughout my visit. What stood out most was the sense of comfort and belonging I experienced. I'm especially thankful for their efforts in ensuring I received a thorough eye exam and for providing me with a backup pair of glasses while I await my new ones. I highly recommend Bixpy Eye Center to anyone seeking top-notch eye care with a personal touch!

I am not a patient here ( YET). I called this morning needing help with a repair to my existing frames. My lense fell out and I lost the screws. On the phone was helpful and said they could help me any time. When I arrived Robin met with me to fix my glasses. She wasn't only helpful but helped me in ways I didn't ask! Friendly,and fun and rockin style! I will definitely be coming to then for future appointments!

Had a wonderful visit. The staff and Dr Yu were very professional and warm and welcoming. The best eye exam I’ve had in 30 plus years. I would and will recommend them to everyone. And thank you to Rockin Robin for making sure I had many choices for frames🥰

Great customer service every time! Following my eye exam, the doctor referred me to a specialist due to some irregularities he was seeing. No one had ever caught it before! Thankfully, I’m now on medication and able to take extra care of my eyes.

Wonderful front desk ladies and Dr. Yu was wonderful as well. They took me in ASAP on an emergency basis when I thought may have had a detached retina. Other emergency eye offices were going straight to voicemail. I am grateful for their concern and help. Thank you all again! Highly recommend!

From examination through choosing just the right lenses and frames there is no better place to be than Bixby. Customer service? Top shelf. Care for the client? First class. Amazing team to work with from the time you enter until you leave. I travel 40 minutes when it could be 15 because their selections are as unmatched as their care and service. I'll be back.

Everyone I encountered in the office was super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I had been a patient there for years with how comfortable I was. They laid out all of my options for contacts and glasses with my insurance in a way that was easily understandable. Don was so helpful in picking out frames. I’m usually so indecisive but his input on my features and the different styles made the decision quick and easy. I would highly recommend Bixby Eye Center for all your optical needs.

I have been using Bixby for 4 years now. I always have a wonderful experience at Bixby on Knoxville in Peoria. The receptionist was very welcoming, and the technician (Sarah) who started my exam was super friendly and efficient. Dr. Jensen was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain my eye health in a way I could understand, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The office is very clean, and I felt well taken care of. I'll will continue to return for my future eye care needs and highly recommended.

In addition to the eye exam, the optometrist (Dr. Yu) spent some time looking at a recent eye issue I had and offering advice. The optometrists I have had are always thorough and friendly and don’t rush through the process. Getting glasses, which I didn’t need this time, is actually fun at Bixby because of Don and Robin.

My family and I have been coming to Bixby Eye center for several years now, and I can't say enough good things about their exceptional service! Addi and Brandi at the front desk are fantastic - so helpful and kind! Jenna, Don and Robin just helped me find an exciting new frame- I'm so looking forward to wearing them! Dr. Jensen is helpful and professional as always, and Robin helped me clean and adjust my glasses nicely as well as helped me plan my next appointment. I sadly forgot her name, but the lady at the front desk is kind and helpful as well! I always have a great experience at the Bixby Eye center.

I had the best experience here! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Rebekah was amazing and very knowledgeable.
